How long does it take to receive an order after it has been placed?

A lot of times your order may ship after 2-3 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 5-7 business days (except for harnesses and hats - 14 days) to process your order. If you select express shipping, your order will ship out the same day if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. Express orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the following business day. 

 

How do I know which size is best for me?

To help you choose the best size, at the footer of our website you'll find a link to this size conversion chart to help you determine the best fit. This link can be accessed from any page on our site. We provide some information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size in the description of the product. We also note the size as seen on the models.

Can you make me a custom design?

BENTON Est. 1988 is not a custom designer, but a brand. Therefore, BENTON1988.com will NOT accept any custom design requests. Please do not ask us to copy, remake or reproduce/replicate another designer’s work, make garments from a design created by you, or send images of a desired garment other than those by us. For many business, branding, and legal purposes, we do not make garments from designs created by others.

 

Do you provide tracking info for packages?

Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

What if my package comes damaged or I never receive my package?

We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Each package is carefully folded one by one with gloves and thoroughly inspected by an employee. As we don’t have robots and only human employees, we understand things can happen. We strive for excellence; however, in the event this should happen, please contact Customer Service immediately, preferably the day you receive it, and we will advise you how we can handle the issue.

Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact USPS at (800) ASK-USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may incur. We are also not responsible for packages lost while in the possession of the carrier. However, we will help resolve any issues we can.

 

What if I change my mind and want to modify or cancel after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at BENTON1988.com, you have 24 hours to cancel and/or make changes. For assistance, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at Support@BENTON1988.com. Changes and cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours and the order will be considered FINAL.

 

I am having technical difficulties using BENTON1988.com. What should I do?

Please e-mail a description of the issue to Support@BENTON1988 and we will attempt to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
