We can NOT offer refunds; however, exchanges for another size or color of the SAME item(s) are welcome.
All orders must be returned in original packaging with tags, unwashed and undamaged within 72 hours of delivery. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via e-mail.
Please contact customer service FIRST if you need to initiate an exchange at Support@BENTON1988.com. After the exchange request has been acknowledged and approved, the customer is responsible for returning items to be exchanged. Please do not return any merchandise to our store without speaking to someone from our sales team.
We advise using a trackable service for all returns. BENTON Est. 1988 is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
