Due to the exclusivity and limited availability for some of our items, all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of BENTON Est. 1988. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not provide refunds, however, even exchanges are accepted within 14 days and subject to availability. See details below:
- Returns/exchanges must be returned within 14 days from the shipment received date. Please fill out the return form provided below and include it in your return package.
- Even exchanges are subject to availability. If the exchanged item(s) is not in stock, you will be automatically be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
- All regular returns will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card unless the return is caused by BENTON 1988.
- Returns received more than 14 days after the date of shipment received will be refused and returned to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
- All items being returned must be in new and unused condition in the original boxes or bags and must include all original hang tags. Shoe boxes must not be used as the return shipping box. Damaged shoe boxes with shipping labels and/or tape applied to the box will not be issued a full refund.
- BENTON1988.com has full authority to refuse a return/refund if the returned merchandise that does not meet the standards of new or unused condition with original, undamaged boxes and hangtags, or our return policy.
- If your return is not accepted, you may be shipped back the order.
- If your return is not accepted and you do not wish to receive the returned item back, you may agree to a restocking fee of 20% of the total cost of the order items. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund total and issued in the form of an E-gift card.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items unless the return falls under the fault of BENTON 1988.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will NOT be accepted - FINAL SALE!
- Refunds will ONLY be processed in the original form of payment used on the initial order when a return falls under the fault of BENTON. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days once it is received by our Distribution Center.
- If we sent you a wrong or defective item, please contact us ASAP at email@example.com. You must attach a photo of the defective item in your email along with your order number. Once we've received your email, we will respond to you with instructions to mail back your defective item free of charge. Defective orders will be fully refunded including any shipping charges that were applied. Defective orders may be returned for a full refund or replaced for the same style and reshipped free of charge. Replacements are subject to availability.
- We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. Benton Est. 1988 is NOT liable for any packages that may become lost in transit or stolen. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Contact the carrier directly, should your return become lost or stolen.
- If you were not available to receive / sign for your package, you will be responsible for contacting your local USPS to schedule re-delivery or pick up your shipment at your local USPS office. If you do not pick up your shipment in a timely manner or schedule re-delivery, USPS will ship your package back to us. We will notify you once we receive your shipment. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that apply to re-ship your order.
